Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of pawfectly.hu and the provision of creative services offered by Bánki Dóra EV., operating under the brand name Pawfectly.

By requesting our services, submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation, or entering into a project agreement, you agree to these Terms.

Pawfectly provides creative and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Custom graphic design
• Personalized posters and artwork
• Logo design and branding materials
• Website design and development
• Digital design consulting and related creative services

Each project is individually discussed and agreed upon with the client.

4. Enquiry and Ordering Process

1. The client submits an enquiry through the contact form or by email.
2. Project requirements, goals, deadlines, and pricing are discussed.
3. A quotation or project proposal is provided.
4. The client approves the quotation.
5. Work begins after confirmation and any required payment arrangements.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a contractual obligation. A project agreement becomes effective when the client accepts the quotation or confirms the project in writing.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are determined individually based on project complexity, required time investment, scope of work, number of deliverables, and client requirements.

Payment is made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payments within the agreed timeframe.

6. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery times will be communicated before the project begins. Timelines may be affected by delayed client feedback, missing information or materials, additional requested changes, or changes to project scope. Pawfectly is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information and all necessary materials in a timely manner
• Ensure supplied text, images, logos, and other materials do not infringe third-party rights
• Review and approve drafts within a reasonable timeframe
• Communicate clearly regarding project requirements

Delays caused by missing client information may extend the project deadline.

8. Revisions and Changes

Creative projects may include revisions depending on the agreed project scope. A revision means reasonable adjustments to an existing concept. It does not include completely changing the original concept, creating an entirely new design direction, or adding deliverables not included in the original agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

9. Approval of Final Work

The client is responsible for reviewing final designs before approval. Once final work has been approved, further changes may be subject to additional charges, and Pawfectly is not responsible for errors that were present in approved materials.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All original creative work remains the intellectual property of Bánki Dóra EV. / Pawfectly until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the completed work. Unless otherwise agreed, copyright ownership remains with Pawfectly, the client receives a license to use the final approved design for the agreed purpose, and source files may not automatically be included.

11. Logo Design and Branding Rights

For logo projects, after full payment the client may use the final approved logo for their business purposes. Pawfectly retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and use it as a professional example of completed projects. Any confidentiality requirement must be agreed before the project begins.

12. Website Design and Development

For website projects, the client is responsible for providing text content, images, branding materials, required business information, and legal documents where required.

Unless specifically agreed, website development does not include domain registration, hosting fees, third-party software subscriptions, legal compliance services, or ongoing maintenance. Additional services may be provided under a separate agreement.

13. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party services, including hosting and domain providers, website plugins, software platforms, and external integrations. Pawfectly is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of creative services, work that has already been completed may not be refundable. Deposits or payments for completed project stages are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before completion, payment obligations will depend on the amount of work already performed. Any refund decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

15. Digital Deliverables

Digital files are delivered electronically. The client is responsible for downloading delivered files, keeping backup copies, and providing correct contact details. Pawfectly is not responsible for loss of files after successful delivery.

16. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, Pawfectly reserves the right to display completed projects on its website portfolio, social media, professional presentations, and marketing materials. Client confidential information will not be publicly shared without permission.

17. Limitation of Liability

Pawfectly provides creative services with professional care and reasonable skill. However, Pawfectly is not liable for losses caused by third-party services, business decisions based on delivered designs, technical issues outside reasonable control, or indirect or consequential damages.

18. Website Use

Visitors may use the Pawfectly website for lawful purposes only. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, copy website content without permission, or misuse website functionality.

19. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to respect confidential information received during a project. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law, necessary to provide agreed services, or permission has been granted.

20. Force Majeure

Pawfectly is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, service provider outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled according to applicable Hungarian law.

22. Changes to These Terms

Pawfectly reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date.
